| 内容記述 | A copepod species associated with a sea anemone, Anthopleura midori UCHIDA & MURAMATSU, was collected from the coast of Manazuru, Sagami Bay. No copepods living in association with sea anemones have been reported from Japan. Therefore, this is the first record from this region. The copepod was examined using the light microscope and the scanning electron microscope, and identified as belonging to the genus Critomolgus (Poecilostomatoida: Lichomolgidae). In addition the sea anemone, A. midori, was reported as a new host of Copepoda. | |||||
