 note = {application/pdf, The purpose of this study was to investigate attitudes toward life of animals and behavior upon contact with a variety of familiar animals in college students. Subjects were 232 (86 male and 146 female) undergraduates. The results showed that there were large differences both in sex and indivisual in the attitudes and the behaviors. Generally female students had warmer heart to life of animals and were less touchable to the animals than male students. Moreover female students were apt to depend on someone when they faced creepy animals like cockroach, spider, centipede, wall lizard and so on.},
