 note = {application/pdf, According to a daily newspaper "Soviet Sport" (19. Sept. 1987), it reported that professional football sport club was borned in USSR which named "Dnepr". We can say that this is a phenomenon of PERESTROIKA as a new wind of reformation of Soviet society. This means that professional sport has been recognized as a social useful labour by Soviet government. This would be a great social experimentation in a socialist society. Professional sport club as a self-supported organization must not depend on the public budget, it depends on a self-paying basis. We assert that this reformation of sport organization is combined with a policy of reinforcement for elite sport in USSR.},
