 note = {application/pdf, 薬物の刺激特性に基づく弁別行動を介してその薬物の特徴を記述する方法の一つとして,薬物弁別(drug discrimination)法がある。1970年後半以降,行動薬理学,心理学,医学の領域で広く用いられるようになり,その結果多くの論文が公刊されるに至っている。福田(1985)は三年前,その当時の薬物弁別の研究動向にふれ,方法論に関する新たな流れを指摘した。その後も多くの論文が次々に公刊され,方法論のみならず結果の分析や解釈等の問題も取り上げられるに至っている。本論文は,過去三年間の薬物弁別に関する研究を中心にして,その新しい動向を探るとともに,今後の研究の方向を検討することを目的とする。, The aim of this article is to review the topics of "drug discrimination", especially the method of training, generalization test and interpretation of the results. The review was done with following three aspects. The first was to review the growth of the literatures on drug discrimination. Analysis of the bibliographic information help to quantify the recent research activity. The second was to review the methods of drug discrimination including the subjects, tasks, procedures, traing dose, routes of injection and kinds of reinforcer. The third was to review the generalization tests and the interpretations of the results, especially the stimulus properties of drug, pretreatment and so on.},
