Our proof uses Galerkin approximations and a recent  finite dimensional result of Deimling [6]. Then we use our viability theorem to prove the existence of admissible trajectories, for a class of nonlinear, time-varying, feedback control systems. An example of a nonlinear parabolic control system is also worked out in detail.},
