We then prove that the fixed point ＄C^{*}＄-subalgebra of the non-commutative 3-sphere ＄S_{￥Theta}^{3}＄ under the action of the unit circle ＄S^{1}＄ is isomorphic to the ＄c*＄-algebra of all continuous functions on the 2-sphere.
