 note = {application/pdf, From March 29 to April 5, 2004, members of the International Student Center visited CSU Sacramento, San Diego State University, and Stanford University with the funding of the Ministry of Education and Science. The visit allowed us to gain insights on how these universities offered support to international students on both academic and non-academic matters. Especially of note were the ways in which they offered programs to develop international students' "Academic English, " and how they took advantage of community resources such as volunteer organizations. We were also able to exchange information with our two partner universities in California (CSUS and SDSU) so that our exchange partnership will operate smoothly into the future.},
