The former is covered in Technology classes, while the latter is addressed in Home\nEconomics classes. Although the content of these subjects is independent according to the Courses\nof Study, there are instances where lessons are linked, such as through integrating cultivation practices in Technology with cooking practices in Home Economics. One of the criteria for selecting cultivation materials in Technology is the ease of cultivation. As a result, some varieties that might be beneficial for collaboration with Home Economics cooking practices may be avoided as cultivation materials. This study primarily aimed to develop a curriculum that integrates cultivation practices in Technology classes with cooking practices in Home Economics classes, and it clarified the current state of cultivation materials used in Technology classes. Additionally, the study identified carrots as a useful vegetable for linking cultivation practices in Technology with cooking practices in Home Economics.
