The Natural Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_6_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年,高校や大学だけではなく,小学校や中学校にも3Dプリンタが導入され,様々な場面で活用されてきている.これからの教員にとってデジタルファブリケーションに関する技術は,必須のものになってくるものと考えられる.本研究の主な目的は,デジタルファブリケーションに強い技術科教員を養成するため,3D-CADで歯車機構を設計し,3Dプリンタで製作を行う大学生対象の授業を提案することである.本報では,差動歯車の機構を学ぶ教材として指南車の設計・製作を行い,作製した指南車の指示精度について検討した結果について報告する.3D-CADおよび3Dプリンタで設計・製作することで,容易に設計変更が可能であり,比較的に指示精度も高い指南車を作製することができた.また,作製した指南車は学生の興味・関心をひく教材になり得るものであることがわかった.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"In recent years, 3D printers have been introduced not only in high schools and universities, but also in elementary and middle schools, and have been utilized in various situations. Digital fabrication skills are considered one of the essential skills for future educators. The main objective of this study is to train technology education teachers proficient in digital fabrication. To this end, we propose a course for university students where they design gear mechanisms using 3D CAD and fabricate them using a 3D printer. In this paper, we report the results of fabricating a south-pointing chariot as a teaching material for learning the mechanism of differential gears and verifying its indication accuracy. Relatively high indication accuracy was achieved by using 3D CAD and a 3D printer to design and fabricate the south-pointing chariot.
