However, who and how to form, execute and evaluate alliance relationships, have not been systematically organized. This study systematically organizes research trends and issues by focusing on previous research on social innovation alliances. Consequently, it was found that alliance manager plays a role of forming and executing social innovation at each stage as a bridge between inside and outside the company. Additionally, social innovation through alliances requires long-term efforts to understand new stories between internal and external stakeholders.
