In the course of our reading and apperciation of this anthology, however, we cannot but desire to see into the amount and kind of addition Shiko must have brought. Some inquiries have been made here into what all those disciples but Shiko had done with this anthology and what attitude they adopted towards it. And Basho's letters, Kyorai's letters and the 'Kikunoka', anthology, were among the rare materials of use to this investigation, so far as Kyorai was concerned; and the same could be said of the 'Akazoshisoko' and the 'Haikaimondo', so far as Doho and Kyoriku were concerned, respectively. And it has been found that those disciples but Shiko had nothing to do with the compilation of the "Zoku-sarumino", and, besides this, we have found our way to the conclusion that we must bestow further consideration on the old theory that Shiko added a little to the "Zoku-sarumino".}, pages = {14--22}, title = {『続猿蓑』吟味 : 去来・土芳・許六たちの関はり方について}, volume = {13}, year = {1966} }
